Day In the Life as a Residential Sales Representative:

• Start each day with an engaging team meeting.
• Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Encouraged to develop and maintain your own book of business, with opportunities to earn higher pay premiums.
• Conduct demos and presentations of our residential roofing solutions.
• Inspect shingle layers and damage via ladder or attic.
• Use advanced software for precise roof measurements.
• Determine competitive pricing and close contracts, ensuring homeowner satisfaction.

Requirements to be a Residential Sales Representative:

• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance Required
• Comfortable covering an average 75-mile radius from the office (varies by location)
• Available for appointments during midday, evenings, and weekends
