Residential Sales Representative

We’re hiring a Residential Sales Representative to drive commercial fencing sales by building relationships, managing accounts, and supporting projects from initial contact through contract award. This role focuses on business development, estimating support, and customer communication within the commercial fencing market.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial customers and contractors
• Identify new sales opportunities for commercial fencing projects
• Support pricing, proposals, and scope reviews in coordination with estimating teams
• Conduct site visits as needed to understand project requirements
• Follow up on leads, bids, and active opportunities to close business

• Experience in construction sales, fencing sales, or related B2B sales roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously
• Comfort working with pricing, scopes, and project details
