Residential Sales Representative - Competitive Pay

Insight Global is looking for a Sales Representative in the Columbus, OH area that will be on a base salary plus commission. Responsible for communicating the benefits of choosing our company and products to drive sales. Serve as the point of contact between the company and prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities, including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance related to products and services.

* Work with all company-provided leads with an initial contact within 24 and track them in the CRM software
* Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods, including networking and cold calls- need to self-generate leads for 1 to every 5 company leads
* Drive to generate sales and meet or exceed established quotas
* Perform a Site Visit at the proposed project location to review the particulars of the project, such as but not limited to access, restrictions, concerns, grade, and work area. Gather all necessary measurements.
* Provide designs, in collaboration with the Designer/Architect that meet the Prospect's expectations
* Review schematics, site plans, and blueprints for accuracy and use in the design
* Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and service agreements; prepares contracts, estimates and final budget for the ops teams
