Mosaic Technologies is seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Sales Supervisor to lead and support our inside sales team in delivering exceptional results and outstanding service to our residential customers. In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations, coach and develop team members, and drive performance to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. This is a great opportunity for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
This position is located in Cameron, WI, and requires full-time, on-site presence. Remote work is not available for this role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of your duties may include:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Residential Sales Specialists to exceed individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily activities, call metrics, and lead development to ensure consistent performance and identify areas for development and improvement.
Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
Execute sales campaigns and promotional initiatives as directed.
Manage and report team metrics through call center and call queues.
Monitor customer feedback and address escalated situations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.

WHAT IT TAKES?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent applicable experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Experience in telecommunications industry is a plus.
Willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience
