We are currently looking to hire a Residential Security Lead  to join our team embedded with our client in Big Sky, Montana! This position requires working onsite with our client in Big Sky, MT.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Residential Security Lead oversees security operations and provides hands-on support across multiple residential properties in the Montana region. This role combines program oversight, emergency response, and day-to-day on-site security tasks to ensure resident safety, property readiness, and high service standards.

The ideal candidate is an experienced security professional who is comfortable managing systems and stepping into hands-on operations when needed. This position requires discretion, strong judgment, technical aptitude, and the ability to operate confidently in both routine and emergency environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Security Operations
  
  
  
  • Oversee daily residential security functions, access control, camera systems, and alarm checks.
  
  
  • Conduct risk assessments, property walkthroughs, and seasonal readiness tasks.
  
  
  • Perform routine security tasks including camera system checks, access administration, perimeter inspections, alarm troubleshooting, and visitor/vendor coordination.
  
  
  • Support event and VIP visit planning, ensuring seamless execution and elevated protective readiness.
  
  
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Property Management, Hospitality, Construction, IT) to ensure homes remain secure, functional, and guest-ready.
  
  
  
  


• Emergency & Incident Response
  
  
  
  • Act as the lead responder during emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, system failures, security incidents, or severe weather events.
  
  
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and community partners as needed.
  
  
  • Provide timely incident reporting, debriefs, and corrective action recommendations.
  
  
  
  


• Facilities & Property Support
  
  
  
  • Conduct property walkthroughs to identify risks, maintenance issues, and seasonal vulnerabilities.
  
  
  • Assist with winterization, snow coordination, exterior checks, and basic equipment staging.
  
  
  • Support basic troubleshooting of residential systems (lighting, HVAC awareness, smart-home tech, network devices).
  
  
  • Coordinate and supervise security-related repairs, maintenance, and vendor work.
  
  
  
  


• Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
  
  
  
  • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and incident reports.
  
  
  • Track KPIs, trends, risks, and operational improvements for leadership review.
  
  
  • Support onboarding, training sessions, and cross-regional alignment initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of residential, estate, or protective security experience.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Familiarity with cameras, alarms, access control, and smart-home systems.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in the Montana climate.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• The HSA medical plan covers 100% of the premium for employee-only coverage. The PPO medical plan requires an employee contribution for employee-only coverage. For both plans, Concentric covers a substantial portion of the premium for dependents.
