Position Overview:
We’re seeking a results-oriented Service Technician, one who is comfortable maintaining, servicing, and repairing a variety of brands and forced air systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with, and be comfortable maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in customer homes, and able to effectively work with them to offer repair or replacement solutions. Attention to detail, and desire to learn and improve is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Communicate and work with clients to provide the best solution for their needs
- Ensure all repairs are done in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety regulations
- Test systems for proper operation and efficiency
- Lastly, follow our process!
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in HVAC Service
- Valid Drivers License
- EPA Certification
- Experience with operation, install, and maintenance of a variety of forced air systems
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds regularly
- A proven track record of delivering high quality service and customer satisfaction
