Responsibilities: 

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every appointment


• Communicate effectively with the office and customers


• Enjoy talking with customers both on the phone and in person


• Maintain strong working relationships with team members


• Document visits and complete required forms


• Follow all electrical codes and safety standards

Qualifications: 

• Current 02 electrical license


• Valid driver’s license 


• Strong customer service skills


• Residential electrical troubleshooting and diagnosing experience


• Residential electric service and sales experience 


• Detail-oriented with excellent time management


• Ability to work independently


• Comfortable working in all weather conditions


• Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check 


• Computer literate


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
