Residential Service Plumber

NC Water Heaters is looking for a residential Service Plumber to join our residential team. The Plumber will be based out of our Raleigh office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems.  

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. They will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Preference to those with backflow experience and certification.

What to Expect: 

• 5-Star Plumbing Services – Provide stellar residential plumbing services to homeowners, realtors and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday-Friday from 8-4pm. Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Use our software to dispatch, invoice and document customer service calls. Rotating on-call, seasonal only. Work independently and with a great team.

Requirements: 

• Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Rough in and trim out plumbing related to interior remodel projects.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Respond to emergency requests through rotating on-call.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete all required documentation in mobile app

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a plumber.
• Good working knowledge of plumbing materials.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.
• Physical dexterity.
• Valid Driver's License
• Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship (preferred but not required)
