A Day in the Life

As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of youth care workers and be a mentor and advocate for young people, helping them reach their goals and build life skills. Every day’s a little different—you’ll be supervising staff, running therapeutic groups, teaching routines, and working on positive behavior strategies. From taking youth to appointments to engaging in fun activities, your role is all about creating a safe, supportive space for them to thrive.

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone who’s got a big heart, a strong sense of integrity, and great communication skills. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be ready to step up as a role model for both staff and residents. If you’re 21+, have a bachelor’s degree, and at least a year of supervisory experience, we’d love to hear from you! We’ll teach you the rest.
