ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide supervision, direction, and support to Direct Care Staff (DCS) to ensure services are provided according to the plan of care.
- Schedule and complete regular meetings with Direct Care Staff to provide guidance and feedback.
- Observe DCS on site carrying out the plan of care, as needed.
- Implement disciplinary and discharge policies, as needed.
- Review and regularly provide feedback on DCS performance and compliance with policies.
- Complete required weekly site checks and report any problems
- Meet with newly hired Direct Care Staff to review program specific information and provide work schedule.
- Schedule Direct Care Staff
- Monitor your site's MAR and T-Logs for accuracy
- Respond to Direct Care Staff' call offs, schedule changes, and other needs.
- Fill open shifts with alternate Direct Care Staff.
- Provide direct care to a participant in the event that no other DCS is available.
- Orient new hires on the use of Therap and provide technical support to comply.
- Coordinate all program components to ensure that the services are meeting the needs of the participants.
- Coordinate with the Program Specialist to review initial and ongoing compliance with the plan of care.
- Coordinate and communicate with Human Resources on DCS issues and on initial and ongoing training needs and requirements.
- Oversee and complete all tasks related to Therap to ensure accurate information for billing of services provided.
- Check the Therap dashboard ongoing throughout each workday, then address any problems with staff and management, as needed.
- Call staff to confirm shifts that are not clocked in or out properly, adjust and document justification.
- Document pertinent information related to the Direct Care of individuals
- Assist in keeping individual's binders in compliance
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness of sites
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years supervisory experience
- High school diploma
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Positive and effective communication skills required.
- Attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills required.
- Critical thinking and independent judgement and decision-making skills required.

- Check and respond in detail to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
