Eliada Homes is seeking dedicated individuals for our on-campus child residential program. Under new leadership, we offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight & Leadership: Assist the Program Director in overseeing service delivery in assigned Residential/Respite Programs. Collaborate with the Cottage Clinician and Case Manager to ensure appropriate clinical services. Provide shift supervision 3 times per week and as needed to maintain ratio requirements.
     
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise direct care staff in service delivery, crisis management, implementation of care models, and individualized plans. Conduct formal/informal supervision, staff observation, and provide feedback.
     
  • Staff Management & Development: Assist with training, professional development, evaluation, discipline, and discharge of residential staff. Support scheduling, manage overtime, and ensure compliance with agency standards.
     
  • Documentation Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate completion of agency, mental health, and program documentation per licensure, accreditation, and other standards.
     
  • Facility Management: Support the Program Director in maintaining a safe, healthy, and therapeutic environment for students in compliance with agency standards.

Requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

  • A High School Diploma. 
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Care about helping children succeed.
