Experience overseeing daily operations of residential programs | 2 years | Not Required Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings | 3 years | Not Required Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual/developmental disability | 1-4 years (Dependent Upon Education - see Job Description) | Required Management Experience | 3 years | Not Required

A Qualified Professional (10A NCAC 27G .0104) must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
Bachelor degree (non Human Services) with 4 years full time experience with the population served required
Associate or Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years full time experience with the population served required
Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year full time experience with the population served required

The Residential Team Leader, Floater provides leadership and operational oversight across multiple residential programs within LTSS. This role ensures continuity of care, compliance with regulatory standards, and support for staff and individuals served. The Residential Team Leader, Floater steps in to cover vacancies, assist with transitions, and maintain quality service delivery across assigned locations.
