Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight supervision and support to residents to ensure a safe and stable environment.

• Support residents in following established guidelines and expectations.

• Maintain structure by modeling appropriate behavior and offering guidance when needed.

• Accurately document observations, behaviors, and incidents.

• Conduct property checks and assist with drug screening procedures, as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with staff to promote consistency and safety across shifts.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals committed to making a difference in others’ lives.

• Those with at least one year of recovery experience (preferred).

• Dependable and clear communicators.

• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (lifting 25+ lbs, walking, etc.).

• Willing to perform property searches and urine collection for screenings.
