🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily window installation operations across multiple residential sites


• Manage, schedule, and support window installation crews


• Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and code adherence


• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics


• Work closely with project managers, inspectors, and homeowners


• Complete site inspections and closeout tasks

✅ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supervising residential window installations


• Deep knowledge of window products, flashing, and waterproofing


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Ability to read blueprints and construction schedules


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
