Residential/Commercial Roofing Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative with experience in the roofing industry. This role is ideal for candidates with prior residential or commercial roofing sales experience—or those currently working at a roofing company ready to advance their career. The position emphasizes building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving consistent sales growth through product expertise and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and proactively pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial roofing.
• Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate, professional estimates for repairs, replacements, and related services.
• Build, maintain, and grow client relationships through follow-ups, consultations, and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution from contract through completion.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in outside sales required.
• Roofing industry experience strongly preferred (sales or current employment).
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial roofing systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
