**The Role**
Resiliency Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.
As a Resiliency Architect, you’ll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience. This is a technical leadership role, so we want you to bring your vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project. To the client, you’re the subject matter expert – consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You define what Kyndryl can do to meet this solution. You design the best solution for the job. And finally, you’re the tech leader for implementation.
At Kyndryl we support all major cloud platforms, so you’ll get the chance to use everything you know – and then some. You’ll also become expert at knowing when and how to call on other SMEs outside your wheelhouse. Thinking your way around pre-existing limitations will grow your creativity and flexibility. Job Responsibilities:
+ Support Kyndryl priority to delivery modernized cyber resilient solutions that meet our client regulatory and compliance priorities.
+ Design and implement comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements and delivery modernized cyber resilience capabilities.
+ Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to understand business needs and develop technical solutions.
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
+ Lead and guide project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain expertise and ensure solutions are innovative and effective.
+ Ensure solutions are designed with security and cyber resiliency in mind.
+ Collaborate with practice teams to ensure compliance with cyber resilience policies and standards.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $147,600 to $305,880
Colorado: $134,160 to $254,880
New York City: $161,040 to $305,880
Washington: $147,600 to $280,320
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
+ 10+ years experience in of cyber resiliency, with a focus on data protection solutions.
+ A deep understand of vendor capabilities, and existing established relationship with key Kyndryl partners.
+ Hands-on experience & learning with data protection technologies & security.
+ External recognized expertise in Cyber resiliency.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
+ MS Project or other Project Management software
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
