Resinous Flooring Sales / Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Resinous Flooring Sales & Estimator to join our growing team in Irving, TX. The role combines client engagement, technical knowledge, and sales support to drive growth in the Irving market. Candidates should have hands-on experience in flooring sales or estimating and be prepared for a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations to determine flooring needs and project conditions in Irving and surrounding areas.
• Prepare precise cost estimates for commercial and industrial resinous flooring projects, including epoxy, urethane, and specialty coatings.
• Recommend appropriate flooring systems based on project requirements, performance goals, and client specifications.
• Develop competitive proposals and submit bids to prospective clients in Irving, TX.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure estimates align with project objectives and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects throughout the Irving area.
• Track project costs, monitor budgets, and provide detailed reporting to management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors to support company growth.

• Proven experience in resinous flooring sales or estimating with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of resinous flooring materials, applications, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
