Resolutions Specialist

 We are looking for a Resolutions specialist to join our dynamic team in Lehi, UT. This opportunity requires a highly driven, motivated professional with a passion for customer service and problem solving. The ideal candidate is a team player, extremely detailed oriented, can build and maintain customer relationships, and is able to communicate efficiently. The right professional will be able to work on their own and have excellent problem-solving skills. This role will be heavily focused on helping customers relocation their security services along with negotiating solutions that will benefit both the customer and SafeStreets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various communication methods, including email, inbound and outbound phone calls.


• They will represent the company with a high standard of professionalism and make it their priority to positively impact Customer Experience.


• Work with multiple customers to find unique solutions, bringing the customer to 100% satisfaction with the company, and resolving any issues or concerns.


• Build and maintain a positive customer relationship in every interaction – manage all customer issues and escalations within the outlined scope.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail


• Accurately log and forward information and track results


• Self-motivated while also able to perform in a team environment

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus


• Must be able to pass a background check

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.


• Previous collection and/or retention experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Average Annual Income Hourly & Commission: $15.00 per hour plus competitive commissions. Solid performers can earn $65,000 annually.
