About the Role
The Resort Ambassador reports to the Hospitality Project Manager and is responsible greet and assist guests as they enter and exit the property and report back on any possible service or system breakdowns.
Position Responsibilities
· Greet all guests confidently and cordially upon exiting the property.
· Provide consistent, prompt and courteous guest service always to all guests.
· Handles all quest requests promptly and efficiently and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Assist with guest issues as the relate to the new parking system.
· Maintains a log for all issues and breakdowns, report this information back to the IT department as needed.
· Be aware of and familiar with all promotions/events/concerts and any current giveaways at the property and explain the loyalty program to guests.
· Provide management with important observations gathered from the job, offering suggestions to improve process, product or service offerings
· Assist with greeting guests and processing lines at the Front Desk and other areas of the property.
· Assist with room checks and other tasks as assigned.
Essential Functions
· Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shift hours
· Must be able to stand an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel
· Previous customer service work experience required
· Must be able to effectively communicate In English
