Job Description - Resource Manager
Job Description:
The Sr. Resource Manager will be responsible for the Food & Beverage (F&B) technology delivery, daily operational needs, resource planning, procurement of equipment and so on. This resource provides services to one or more internal and external customer(s):
Works on multiple projects as a delivery team lead, and sometimes as a project leader managing matrixed resources.
Responsible for timely engaging appropriate resources for maintenance and support activities.
Work closely with clients, business analysts and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Possesses good understanding of development, testing and deployment activities.
Individuals must be able to adjust to constant business change.
Provide client support, consultation and subject matter expertise for system development, maintenance, and support.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmap/release plans across F&B ecosystem.
Develop detailed Budget Forecast and Accruals to maintain a 5% or lower variance at a monthly level.
Manage the current and future demands of the business (demand versus capacity of people and technology), collaborating with all IT functions to prioritize demand and the resulting assignment of the best resources to priority projects
ssist with planning and management of the FY Capital Call and the resulting resource impacts.
Develop monthly status reports across the portfolio required by *** leadership and PMO organization.
ct as change agent to help teams transition into SAFe transformation (Scaled Agile) from waterfall delivery.
Be the bridge between delivery team, digital product management teams, SAFe transformation team and business stakeholders.
Take initiative to develop content & strategies to be presented to executive leadership, drive sessions and gain alignment.
Proactively identify and drive risk mitigation strategies that impact timelines, quality, cyber risk and other factors that impact deliverability.

Required Skills:
Minimum of five to eight years Program and Project Management experience
t least 5+ years of technology-based delivery experience
SAFe 6 Certified as a Product Owner
Experience working in a Supply Chain setup, including sourcing/procurement, stocking, issue of inventory, receiving, etc.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in Portfolio Management analysis, planning, creation, monitoring, strategy, governance and ability to execute across all aspects of the Portfolio lifecycle
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Two to four years of experience with Microsoft Project Server (EPM) 2007/2010 system and four years with MS Project Professional 2007/2010
Strong experience with of Microsoft suite of office tools including MS Word, MS Excel. Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. The successful candidate will have proven experience with:
