Job Title: Respiratory Care Practitioner – Full-Time | Spokane, WA

Shift: Full-time | 36 hours/week | Variable shifts

Avant Tech is partnering with a top-tier medical center in Spokane, WA to fill a vital role on their Respiratory Therapy team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patient care while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and perform patient assessments
• Operate and maintain ventilators, resuscitation equipment, and oxygen therapy devices
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on individualized treatment plans
• Participate in emergency response scenarios (e.g., code blues)
• Accurately document care and patient response in medical records
• Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and calibration of respiratory equipment

• Active Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
• Strong understanding of contemporary respiratory therapy principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
