We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in a patient-focused healthcare environment. This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage critical respiratory conditions using a wide range of therapeutic techniques and modalities. The ideal candidate is committed to continuous learning and delivering exceptional patient care.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including night and variable shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Administer respiratory care treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Operate and monitor respiratory equipment, including ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and diagnostic devices
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
Perform diagnostic testing such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing
Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving respiratory interventions as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and proper use of equipment
Stay current with evolving respiratory care techniques, technologies, and best practices
Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program
Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license required upon hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
Strong knowledge of respiratory care modalities and critical care procedures
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced clinical environments

COMPENSATION:
In compliance with Washington pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is $55,000–$86,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
