Position Overview

As a Senior RRT, you'll deliver comprehensive respiratory care services while working with state-of-the-art equipment in our modern healthcare facility. This role offers excellent work-life balance with an evening shift schedule (72 hours per pay period).

Compensation & Benefits

• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
• Competitive Salary ($33-$50/hour, based on experience)

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform advanced respiratory care procedures including mechanical ventilation management
• Conduct pulmonary function testing and blood gas analysis
• Deliver therapeutic treatments and medication administration
• Assist with bronchoscopy procedures
• Provide patient education and care planning
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• New York State Respiratory Therapy License (or eligible)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (or eligible within 12 months)
• BLS certification (within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
• One year recent respiratory therapy experience preferred
