Hourly Rate: $25 - $37/hr (based on experience) + Shift Differentials ($5/hr nights, $3/hr weekends)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Centerburg, OH. This role involves delivering high-quality respiratory care in compliance with physician orders and departmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Services Medical Director and Department Director, the RCP is responsible for providing Respiratory Care Services within specific physician's orders, department policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Licensure: Must be NBRC certified (RRT or CRT) and licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board.
• Experience: Open to both new grads and experienced therapists.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in respiratory care procedures and equipment.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care approach.
