About the Role
We are seeking passionate and skilled Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to provide essential respiratory care in an extended recovery hospital setting. You'll play a critical role in helping medically complex and critically ill patients recover and breathe easier.
What You'll Do:
✔ Administer oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and nebulized medications
✔ Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy
✔ Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
✔ Assist in emergency respiratory procedures and rapid response teams
✔ Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment
Job Details:
💰 Pay: $50 per hour + Overtime & Bonuses
⏳ Hours: 36+ per week

Potential Weekly Pay Earnings (Base Rate: $50/hr)
🗓 3 shifts (36 hrs/week): $1,800
🗓 4 shifts (48 hrs/week, includes 8 hrs OT @ 1.5x):
Base Pay (40 hrs @ $50): $2,000
Overtime Pay (8 hrs @ $75): $600
Total Weekly Pay: $2,600
🗓 5 shifts (60 hrs/week, includes 20 hrs OT @ 1.5x):
Base Pay (40 hrs @ $50): $2,000
Overtime Pay (20 hrs @ $75): $1,500
Total Weekly Pay: $3,500

What You Need:
