We’re seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (Registered or Certified) for a top-tier healthcare facility in Salina, Kansas. This role is ideal for compassionate clinicians who are eager to contribute to a highly skilled medical team and make a real impact in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapies
• Evaluate and monitor patient response to respiratory interventions
• Perform both invasive and non-invasive procedures in general and critical care settings
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize respiratory care plans
• Provide patient education and respiratory consultation across hospital units
• Adjust therapy based on patient status and clinical judgment
• Maintain accurate documentation and equipment standards

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program – Required
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential – Required
• Kansas State Respiratory License or eligibility – Required
• 1+ year of respiratory therapy experience is preferred (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in fast-paced settings

Compensation & Benefits:
