Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead our seafood-focused establishment. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the seafood restaurant, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of enthusiastic staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Uphold and enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, with a focus on seafood preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with financial aspects of restaurant management, including budgeting and profit and loss statements.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $65,000-$70,000

Job Requirements

• Minimum Two years of restaurant manager experience (QSR/Fast Casual Experience preferred!)
• Required food handler certification
• Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
