Restaurant Assistant General Manager

• The assistant general manager (AGM) assists the general manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly
• The AGM will complete weekly schedules, order product and assist the GM with planning, training and recruiting.
• The AGM must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the GM

General Requirements:

-Great interpersonal and communication skills

-Strong problem-solving abilities

-Good observation skills

-Ability to deliver constructive criticism

-Computer literate and basic math skills

-Ability to identify weakness and provide coaching where necessary

-Certified in Food Safety

Sunny Street Cafe offers a unique opportunity in the breakfast and lunch daypart, with competitive pay in a teamwork oriented environment. We're open from 7am - 2pm daily, no evening shifts getting you home after midnight.
