• Lead, coach, and develop a team in a fun, environment
• Ensure guests' expectations are exceeded, and staff is supported in a strong team-focused atmosphere
• Employ strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to problems and challenges as they arise
• Encourage and empower your team to grow and lead
• Excel in enthusiasm, passion for people, cleanliness, and communication

Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years in a salaried restaurant management role -- strong, tenured experience preferred
• Accountable and reliable communicator with high integrity
• Ability to multitask at a high level, while fostering leadership in all areas of the restaurant
• Positive-minded and Can-Do Attitude!
• High Volume and work experience in NYC, minimum 5MM+ in volume
• New Restaurant Opening experience is a plus
