Position Overview

The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in leading daily operations, supervising team members, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role requires hands -on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to uphold sneakybird’s standards of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day -to -day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  
• Lead and motivate team members, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and handling guest concerns promptly.
  
• Support food quality and safety standards, including adherence to all health and safety regulations.
  
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.
  
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy and accountability.
  
• Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive, team -oriented work environment.
  
• Assist in scheduling staff to balance labor costs with business needs.
  
• Step into leadership roles in the absence of the General Manager.
  

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast -paced environment.
  
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as necessary.
  
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and upholding sneakybird’s brand values.
