Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Restaurant Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing a clean and welcoming dining environment by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new customers.
• Reset tables with clean utensils, glassware, and napkins for the next service.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and replenish supplies (e.g., napkins, condiments).
• Help maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the dining room and restroom facilities.
• Assist in maintaining the flow of service by communicating effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Support the team during peak hours by anticipating needs and helping wherever possible.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of the job.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach to clean and set tables.
