Summary:

The Restaurant Cook will help run the kitchen, be part of the team, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and hotel standards
• Understand and prepare a variety of dishes
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
• Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
• Condense and refill as needed
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
• Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant cook experience required
