Director Responsibilities:

• Owning results across People, Place, Product, and Profit for your area of the business
• Leading, coaching, and developing people into their next level of leadership
• Driving key business targets, including Talent, Customer Experience, Sales and Brand Growth, and Financial Stewardship
• Upholding food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at an Elite level
• Building and maintaining systems, scorecards, and checklists so results are repeatable
• Leading weekly Director meetings and owning follow-through on action items
• Solving problems in real time and holding the team accountable to high standards
• Winning the hearts of guests and team members every day
• Modeling our SHIELD values (Stewardship, Humility, Integrity, Excellence, Love, Development) for the entire team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, the military, or other business role
• Track record of achieving measurable results
• Strong business acumen, including comfort working with financial and operational data
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold other leaders accountable
• Commitment to deliver world-class hospitality
• Reliable and strives for excellence
• Strong desire to serve people and develop others
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems under pressure
• Works well as part of a leadership team
