We are interviewing District Managers with Quick Service Restaurant background or Retail Operations experince to oversee our Wilmington, North Carolina area locations.

We need veteran restaurant District Managers or experienced Retail District Managers to help us grow!

We are looking for Multi-Unit Managers that have an over the top attitude and renegade spirits to join our team where we take pride in living according to our values. We are looking for leaders in supporting our “values driven philosophy” among our teams.

• Must be tenured …3+ years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or Retail District Manager
• Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more units
• Must have a track record of people development
• Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s
• Must be fluent in driving sales…
• Must be a strong organizer and executer…
• Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations
• Must have a “lightening-rod” personality
• Must be willing to throw away the clipboard…and get involved in the game!
