Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success.
• Education: A high school diploma is preferred, but what matters most is your leadership, passion, and drive.
• Lead & Inspire: Be the example that motivates and empowers your team to be their best.
• Guest Champion: Go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
• Results-Driven: You’ll focus on driving sales, boosting profitability, and staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem Solver: Quick on your feet, you thrive on solving challenges and finding solutions, not assigning blame.

Essential Functions You’ll Own:

• Operational Excellence: You’ll be the mastermind behind smooth operations, ensuring every order is perfect, every customer is delighted, and every corner of the restaurant is neat, clean, and organized.
• Revenue Optimization: With your keen eye for detail, you’ll manage staffing, control costs, handle inventory, and maintain high standards of food safety—all while ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and profitably.
