Restaurant General Manager

• Day-to-day management of the restaurant
  
• Incumbent for growing sales, achieving restaurant EBITDA, meeting budget, and creating a culture of accountability within the restaurant
  
• Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and leading Managers and Team Members.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years as a General Manager in a Full-Service restaurant w/ Bar (Casual Dining)
  
• Casual Dining/ Full-Service Restaurant w/ Bar & BOH management experience
  
• Current Restaurant Management role
  
• Able to work late night shifts instead of early mornings
  
• Demonstrate leadership skills with a proven ability to train and motivate a team.
  
• Outstanding work ethic with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  
• Desire to be a part of a winning team and contribute to a positive work environment.
