Position: Restaurant General Manager
● Hours: Minimum of 50 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of quality and
service, and help in the Kitchen when needed.
● Manage and lead the team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
● Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and
achieve operational goals.
● Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations.
● Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and other operational documentation.
