Restaurant General Manager

Position: Restaurant General Manager

● Hours: Minimum of 50 hours per week.
● 401(k) Plan: Company matches up to 5%.
● Paid Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.
● Relocation Flexibility: Flexibility to relocate within 12 miles of the restaurant location.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of quality and
service, and help in the Kitchen when needed.
● Manage and lead the team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
● Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and
achieve operational goals.
● Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations.
● Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and other operational documentation.
Terms of Employment:
● Work Schedule: Minimum of 50 hours per week, with flexibility as required by
operational needs.
