Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and foster a service-driven culture. This role requires someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and is passionate about both people and food. The ideal candidate will have experience in upscale or boutique hospitality environments and a proven track record of operational excellence.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience

  • Lead, train, and mentor FOH team members, including servers, hosts, and bartenders

  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow and menu knowledge

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control

  • Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue

  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to the restaurant’s continued growth and reputation


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or hospitality leadership role

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory tools, and labor scheduling platforms

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a cool head under pressure

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

  • TIPS certification preferred
