We are seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply committed to guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations, driving financial performance, building a strong team culture, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly motivated, and passionate about hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead daily operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction 
• Build, train, and inspire a high-performing team 
• Foster a positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused culture 
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and staff development 
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labor, and cost controls 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards 
• Maintain strong community presence and guest relationships 
• Drive sales through leadership, service excellence, and local engagement

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting annual base salary up to $90,000 - $100,000

• Minimum of 3 years of general management experience in full service restaurants, ideally with experience in mid sized venues (3-4 million/year) 
• Proven leadership and team-building skills 
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences 
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
