Description of the Role:

Latitudes, on Sunset Key, is seeking an experienced and passionate Fine Dining General Manager to join our team. The Restaurant General Manager will manage the overall operations of the restaurant, focusing on customer satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Overall Management of the Restaurant


• Supervise Staff and Provide Training As Needed


• Oversee Inventory and Ordering of Supplies


• Ensure High Standards of Customer Service and Food Quality


• Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints


• Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage


• Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience


• Monitoring restaurant finances, including sales and expenses


• Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety


• Completing necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory and staff attendance reports

Requirements:

• Prior Experience in Similar Role


• Prior Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant


• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills


• Ability to Work in a Fast-paced Environment


• Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
