Your Mission:

• Lead your team of Managers to lead with intent and purpose of Exceptional Guest Experience


• One team mentality – from the front doors to the back door


• Expect collaboration with Kitchen – they make it all possible.


• Own the floor. Lead from the front. No clipboard managers here.


• Keep the vibe alive—hospitality that hits hard and leaves a mark.


• Run the show: leading, staffing, scheduling, service, cost control, P&L.


• Build a team that shows up, steps up, and brings the heat every shift.


• Collaborate on menus, events, and promos that turn heads.


• Stay sharp on health/safety and compliance—but make it feel effortless.


• Be the face, the voice, and the pulse of the place.

You Are:  

• A no-BS leader with 5+ years running high-volume bar/restaurant ops


• Comfortable with and excited to lead our team of over 100


• Experienced and thrive in high volume restaurant with 280 seats


• Obsessed with hospitality—but never fake


• Financially savvy (labor, COGS, margins—you speak fluent P&L)


• Great In person and written communicator with guests and team – No Chat GPT here!


• Cool under pressure, clear in chaos, and respected by your crew


• Comfortable with high standards, loud vibes, fast pace, and full houses


• Deeply familiar with craft bar culture and elevated food


• Local (or know how to win over locals fast)


• Morning person and a night owl – we do it all, mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays!
