Job Description

The Naples Grande Beach Resort now seeks energetic team players to join us!

Position Title: F-B MANAGER / BEACH (CLAM PASS)

The Naples Grande Beach Resort and Collier County collaborate on the operations of Clam Pass public beach. The restaurant has recently been revamped and serves a Greek-themed menu to locals and resort guests. The restaurant features seated dining, as well as to go orders. Rhodes End now seeks an experienced manager to guide the restaurant and staff through the menu and name change.

Shift: MORNINGS/DAYS

Day(s) Required: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Rate of Pay: $40,000 ANNUALLY

Minimum Requirements:

Must have five (5) years progressive management experience in restaurant
Must be able to problem solve effectively
Must be able to manage inventory, ordering, etc.
Must hire, mentor, train and coach staff
Collaborate with beach operations to increase revenue streams at the restaurant
Physical Requirements:

Able to stand/walk entire shift
Must be able to work in extreme climate temps (hot, cold, wind, etc.)

Anticipated Start Date: Two (2) weeks from date of job offer
