Position: Restaurant General Manager / FOH Manager
Location: Conroe
Pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually DOE
Benefits: Health Insurance Available

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager or strong Front of House Manager for a high-volume restaurant environment in Conroe, TX.

This position is ideal for someone with leadership experience in restaurant operations, front of house management, bar operations, and customer service. Mid-level managers with strong FOH and bar experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations


• Ensure excellent customer service and high service standards


• Supervise front of house staff and shift operations


• Process payroll and assist with scheduling


• Complete weekly P&L reporting


• Work with Excel spreadsheets and restaurant reporting systems


• Handle employee relations and basic HR issues


• Ensure orders and service are completed in a timely manner


• Maintain staffing and support high-volume shifts


• Assist with bar and FOH operations as needed

Requirements

• Restaurant management experience preferred


• Strong front of house experience required


• Bar experience is a plus


• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak-volume shifts


• Comfortable with Excel and administrative tasks


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
