Restaurant General Manager - Pizza

WE ARE OPENING A NEW LOCATION IN DUNCANVILLE!

The General Manager ("Head Coach") is the leader of their restaurant, establishing the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality. You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring and developing employees, and conducting new hire training. You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the efficiently, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude. Requirements

• High School Diploma, or GED
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, Profit and Loss (P&L) experience preferred
• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have Food Safety Certification, or willing to obtain upon hire
• Must be willing and able to work busiest shifts to ensure restaurant success, including weekends and late-nights
• Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for 8-12 hours at a time
