Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a General Manager in high-volume, fine dining, or upscale casual restaurants.
- Prefer candidates from premier, high-volume steakhouses or upscale dining establishments.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $6MM.
- Knowledge of Greek Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Naples, Florida market is advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership skills, dedicated to fostering a healthy team culture.
- Proficiency in restaurant operations, customer service, and health standards.
- Sales, marketing, and leadership prowess.
- Passion for fresh, fine food and beverage, with wine knowledge as a bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive strong financial results through effective P&L management and strategic planning.
- Elevate standards in product quality, profitability, and guest experience.
- Generate sales opportunities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Promote healthy cuisine and team environment.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team with a hands-on approach.
- Deliver superior service and resolve guest issues seamlessly.
- Oversee Catering, Special Events, and Entertainment.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures.
- Exemplify warmth, hospitality, and positivity.
- Proficiency in POS systems and computer savvy.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Obtain valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
- Possess reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.
