General Manager/Supervisor for Startup Restaurant with ongoing growth opportunities

Hired individual would serve as the GM for the current start up location, grow that location to sustainability then in roughly 9 months, transition to the new location, training/transitioning to each location in the Columbia area.
Once the 4th/5th location is open, individual would serve as the Regional Manager over the GMs at the 5 locations.

The Corporate Business Leader plays a pivotal role in spearheading key initiatives while upholding

stringent operational standards for product quality, service excellence, and brand image. This role

involves offering invaluable support, strategic consultation, and performance evaluation to designated

corporate entities and locations, with the overarching goal of driving profitable sales, ensuring

consistent brand adherence, and fostering a robust and thriving business ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling
• Responsible for Orders and Inventory
• Training ( must at minimum meet company standards)   Must train all employees to be assistant managers and all assistant managers to be GM’s  
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance including inside and outside cleanliness 
• Keeping total labor costs between 19-22% and total food cost between 26-28%
• Total labor and food should total less 50% cannot exceed 55% this is a non negotiable
• Work line during peak hours 5-8 every Friday, Saturday and black out days 
• Attend weekly company meeting and monthly management meeting 
• Implement fanatical costumer service -  Fanatical customer service means "treating every single order like you’re making it for your own family, and fixing every mistake with zero excuses.”

High level performer with a proven track record of high achievement and success in a competitive business segment

• 5+ years experience in fast food/fast casual restaurant management and/or successful multi unit restaurant management
• Experience in Franchise Operations preferred
