What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Host at HOTEL JULIEN, you’re the smiling first point of contact who helps set the tone for every visit. This role exists to keep service flowing smoothly by guiding guests, managing information, and supporting a well-paced dining room.

Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, coordinating seating and pacing, managing reservations, answering phones for room service and to-go orders, and communicating clearly with both front- and back-of-house teams.

Required skills/qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, engaging presence with strong communication
- Customer service mindset and confident guest interaction
- Attention to detail with organized, accurate reservation handling
- Ability to multi-task and takes initiative in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
