We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Restaurant Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs while ensuring adequate coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain compliance with local laws.
• Analyze financial reports, track sales performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Control operational costs, including food and labor, to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and vendors to maintain seamless communication and supply flow.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the restaurant industry.
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing daily operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
