Restaurant Manager

We're a well known leader in the QSR industry and a staple in the Austin market. Our stores aren't open for breakfast and we close daily by 10:00 p.m.

We're currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Managers in Brodie.

Our typical work week is 5 days, 50-52 hours per week for our Restaurant Managers

The Fast Food Restaurant Manager provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. Focal points include:

• Driving excellence in customer service
• Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications
• Supervising food handling procedures and operational processes
• Exercising basic, shift-to-shift financial control to meet the restaurant profit margin targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of Restaurant Management experience (QSR/Fast Food preferred), experience running shifts without supervision.
• MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS A MANDATORY CRIMINAL AND MOTOR VEHICLE BACKGROUND CHECK TO QUALIFY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Desired Skills

* Minimum of 4 years of Restaurant General Management (QSR/Fast Food preferred), experience running shifts without supervision.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 base salary+ MONTHLY BONUS for Assistant Restaurant Managers.
