Our Fast Food company is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers for our stores in Morgantown. We currently own and operate 195 restaurants.

The Restaurant Manager at our company is responsible for managing all aspects of the business operations in the restaurant. He/she will have to work according to the safety standards of the company.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Manage all areas of operations for a specific department
  • Manage marketing and human resources
  • Manage service and operations
  • Manage scheduled shifts
  • Manage daily decision making
  • Manage staff support and guest interaction
  • Manage quality and cleanliness

Required Skills

  • Must have 3-4 years Restaurant Management experience; Fast Food highly preferred
  • Open availability to work any shifts
  • Positive attitude, especially during rushes or stressful situations
  • Valid driver's license and have your own vehicle

Desired Skills

  • Must have a minimum of three years Restaurant Management in either Fast Food/Quick Service restaurants. (Preferred)
